RDM’s platform of services and software is to built to improve the way commercial real estate companies market, manage and lease their portfolios. We are looking for a sharp, talented CAD Drafter work on our Core Services team. Cad Drafters at RDM can work on a variety of assignments that range in size and complexity.

The candidate we hire will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with CAD. We will be hiring someone who is a team player and takes direction, but can also work independently. This position requires you to be extremely organized, focused and able to multi-task.

RDM is looking for a Full Stack .NET Software Engineer with UI/UX experience to facilitate ongoing maintenance and development of our SaaS application platform along with other application development. Our platform supports the fastest growing area of Commercial Real Estate technology (CRE Tech).

In this role, you will define software and architecture requirements and work with team members on deliverables. You’ll provide guidance in your areas of expertise, such as architecture and unit testing, and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. You have excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills along with a background in software development and agile methodologies. As a Sales Operations & Research Analyst, your goal will be to make our sales team as productive and efficient as possible. You will achieve this by becoming a go-to internal resource to streamline their workflows, relieving administrative overhead and performing industry research. You will also be responsible for analyzing marketing intel for the sales reps use as well as reporting to the COO, VP of Sales, and/or CEO.

This is a manager-level position and you will “own” the sales process and make sure everyone – no matter their level – is following our best practices. RDM is expanding its Account Executive team and searching for highly financially motivated individuals to drive the business development for our industry leading technology.
