5 Awesome RealAccess Features

We here at Real Data Management are continuously pushing new features and improvements to our software, RealAccess.

All of our customers love our hallmark features, like our Stacking Diagrams and the Interactive Floor Plan. Not all of our customers, however, are using the entirety of RealAccess’ robust suite of tools. So, to make sure you’re getting the most out of the RDM platform, here are 5 Awesome RealAccess Features (that you may have missed):

  1. 3D and Virtual Reality

This first item is more of a service that Real Data Management offers that can be accessed through a button in RealAccess. 3D involves our team going to your property and using our special camera to film it in 360 degrees. Then our technicians will clean up the files. You can then take prospective lessees on a virtual tour, amplifying your marketing efforts with very little effort.

  2. Reports

Our reports are integral to our customers’ operations. Two of our newer newer reports are leasing reports:  Portfolio Summary and Building Summary. These reports give you optics on your Potential Value Growth, YTD Absorption Rate, and leasing progress, ensuring that you are maximizing your asset’s value.  These reports, like all others, are easily printable so you can share them with ease.

  3. Lease Exhibits and Marketing Plans

The Leasing and Marketing Plans button is our newest RealAccess feature. This button will allow the user to generate a Lease Exhibit or Marketing Plan with just a few clicks, right onto their proprietary template. The only requirement is that RDM needs to have a template or example file to work with. Using the feature is simple; just click the button, select a theme, a template (lease exhibit or marketing plan, or some other customized template), tell us the paper size and select the file type you want to work with. Hit generate and it will download immediately for you to use.

  4. Interactive Floor Plan Ruler

Looking at a floor plan and wondering if the desks will fit? The Ruler is a simple tool that allows you to approximate the distances on a floor. To use it, hover your mouse over the starting point, hold ALT, and then click and drag the line to where you want to measure.

  5. DRAW Tool

If you’re looking for exact measurements, DRAW Tool is what you need. Imagine being able to independently create or reconstruct a floorplan in minutes, giving you real world numbers. That leads to less time lost and money spent on architects, who may or may not know the rules of REBNY and BOMA. Think of it as an intuitive, easy-to-use AutoCAD that shaves hours off of your workflow. In addition to this, the new version of DRAW Tool is almost ready to roll out to our customers. The new version has a ton of bug fixes and UI improvements, as well as a few new features.
